06 · Pricing Structure
Government Pricing Policy
Pricing for government and public sector engagements operates under a separate framework from commercial B2B services.
📌
Fixed-Price Government Contracts
The retainer-based pricing published on our Services page applies exclusively to commercial B2B clients. Government and public sector engagements are structured as fixed-price contracts with a defined scope of work, deliverables, period of performance, and total contract value agreed upon in writing prior to award.
All government pricing is determined through direct negotiation with the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), in accordance with FAR and applicable agency acquisition regulations. Pricing reflects the full scope of work, security requirements, compliance overhead, and data handling obligations specific to the engagement.
Commercial B2B
Setup fee + monthly retainer. Tiered packages published on the Services page. Flexible scope, rolling contract.
Government / Public Sector
Fixed-price contract only. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and total value agreed in writing before engagement commences. Negotiated directly with CO/COR.
